There will be no community food table, each family will provide their own food and the grill will be there both days for your own use.

Directions:
I-80, Exit 33 (Danville).  Take Route 54 West, 4 miles to light in Washingtonville.  Turn right onto Route 254 East and travel about 1/2 mile, take the first left onto PP&L Road and continue 3-1/2 miles.  Turn right onto Preserve Road and travel 1/2 mile.  Montour Preserve office (Bitler Homestead) will be on your left. Stay on Preserve Road for about 1-1/2 miles, then bear left onto Sportsmans Road, following signs for Heron Cove.  We will be in Pavilion B (second pavilion on the left on Sportsman Rd).

The Victorian brick home in front of the Visitor's Center was the old Bitler homestead of Joel and Elizabeth (Dieffenbacher) Bitler and later generations until it was sold to PP&L. The Laura Smith Trail of History on property is named after Laura Billmeyer-Smith, granddaughter of Joel Bitler. The maple tree in front of the home was a gift of the Bitlers to commemorate the 100th Bitler Reunion in 2009.
